Published on 9 April 2026

Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU) has released a report on employment quality for the Class of 2025, highlighting continued strength in both graduate outcomes and further study pathways amid a growing number of graduates.

The report shows notable progress in further study outcomes. Among graduates pursuing studies overseas, over 20% received offers from universities ranked in the QS Top 10 worldwide for the first time. Meanwhile, 88.28% were admitted to QS Top 100 institutions, with increasing numbers entering leading universities, including the UK’s G5 group and the two best-known universities in Singapore.

Overall, 81.11% of graduates with confirmed destinations chose to pursue further studies overseas, while those continuing their studies in China were predominantly admitted to universities of the Double First-Class Initiative.

In terms of employment, BNBU graduates were well received by a wide range of employers, including leading enterprises and government institutions. Many also chose to contribute to the development of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, with several graduates taking up positions in Hong Kong.

The results reflect BNBU’s sustained dual strengths in high placement rates and strong progression to further study, alongside continued improvement in the quality of graduate destinations.
