Dear Staff and Students
On behalf of the Division of Culture and Creativity at UIC, I have great pleasure in inviting you to a concert by the Hong Kong Symphonic Winds at 7.00 pm on Wednesday, 21 November 2018 at the Performance Theatre.
The Hong Kong Symphonic Winds have evolved into a ‘house of music’, nurturing hundreds of talented musicians. Its members include some distinguished professional players actively performing on local and international stages, whilst others are making major contributions to music education and performance.
The programme is structured to include performances by brass, percussion, saxophone and big band to illustrate the various combinations. A broad range of genres from classical to broadway to disco will be represented!
